Been four days since my last entry. Nothing much happened in these four days. Except, I weighed this morning and found I have lost another 1.9 kg. If I keep on losing around two kilo's a week (I actually hope for an average of a kilo a week), I will have lost more than half my weight in one years time. Not bad, really, if you consider it took me many years to build this bulk!
Today we had lunch at my sister-in-law. We each only had about 10 cm of dry-wors each this morning to keep us till lunch. Lunch was more of a breakfast-at-lunch-time affair. Bacon, with egg muffins, a piece of lamb wors, fried black mushrooms with garlic and cheese on top, and a green salad. They (the in-laws) had a slice of bread as well. Even though they don't do banting, they support us fully. Was nice to have a banting meal at non-banting people!
At the end of every month, we always have junk food. Last night was no exception. We had burgers for dinner. The Wife made the patties herself, as well as the tomato sauce. I eat tomato sauce, but is no great lover of it. I always preferred sweet chilli. However, that tomato sauce was the absolute best tomato sauce I ever tasted, bar none! The bread for the burgers were oopsies. And the first batch was oopsie! The second came out better, though. Who says you can't eat junk food the healthy way!
